Charger Guys Read

Thank you for agreeing to be the HOST of a Guys Read podcast. Now let’s get started!

1. Radio WillowWeb has some wonderful materials created for podcast hosts, so we will make use of them. Please see Mrs. Glatt for printouts for Tag Line, Segment Introduction, and Teaser. Use the back of the Tag Line sheet to create a 2-3 sentence podcast Sign-off as well. All Host worksheets should be checked by Mrs. Glatt and edited as needed.

2. When you are ready to record one of your audio segments, get a recording device (mp3 player, computer + microphone, computer + headset w/ microphone) and record your segments. See Mrs. Glatt the first time for instructions. Record again until it sounds just the way you want it to.

3. Save your sound file to the Guys Read flash drive.

4. Let the sound editor know your audio segment is ready for editing.

5. Repeat for each audio segment.
